When I first found CNBLUE, I wanted to gather and watch any and EVERYTHING that had to do with them or had them in it! When I watched this documentary, I felt I had really learned alot about these very special guys. I loved this film becasue it was such a great opportunity to see CNBLUE in a different light. When you watch people perform on stage, you you to know their onstage persona but you can’t really know a person well just by this side of them. Watching documentaries or variety shows and the like, sometime people will let their guard down and allow the viewer to get a true sense of who they are for real.
‘CNBLUETORY’ does a great job with giving us a little of both to these sides of CNBLUE. There are so many touching moments in this film. One that instantly comes to time is when Minhyuk is being interviewed and was asked about how he felt when the allegations of CNBLUE‘s plagiarizing scandal had come to light. He became overly emotional and cried while he explained how hurtful those comments were to him and the band to be called fake. His vulnerability was endearing to say the least but just the fact that he was being so sincere and emotional was really touching and made me want to cry!
These guys have gone trough a lot of good and some bad times since they debuted but they have grown more mature because of all their experiences at such a young age. This film is definitely a MUST WATCH for new fans of CNBLUE if you want to get to know them a little better and enjoy their daily lives. My only qualm about it is that it was way too short!
